SPECIFICATIONS
1 - Indications :
Orthodontic Treatment: Clear aligners resin is primarily used for orthodontic treatment, specifically for correcting malocclusions such as crowded teeth, spacing issues, over- bites, under bites, cross bites, and open bites. It offers a more esthetically pleasing alternative to traditional metal brace without the need for the traditional method in which we have to print models and then use a heat press device to form PETG sheets on printed models.

-high impact and shattering resistance (Notched Izod <70 J/m)
-Shore hardness D60-70 range
<10% stress relaxation after 1 week at 2, 10 and 20 MPa initial stress
-flexural strength <20 MPa

Residual monomer <0.1%
Hydrophobic, ultra low water sorption ULWA 28 g/mm3
5 - Available in three versions :
Hard, medium hardness and soft ( to meet the aspirations of innovators in ortho- dontics )
